Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely. You will receive our premium single-origin coffee in its original Don Gildo specialty packaging, sealed for freshness. Please note that as a natural product, bean size and color may vary slightly between harvests.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A digital receipt is automatically sent to your email after every purchase. You can also access your full order history and download invoices by logging into your "My Account" dashboard on our website.

How can I return an item?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or a full refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Our coffee is harvested in small batches. If a specific process (Natural, Honey, or Washed) is out of stock, it’s usually because we are waiting for the next seasonal harvest to ensure maximum freshness. Sign up for alerts to be the first to know!

Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
