From the highlands of El Águila, Valle del Cauca — between 1,550 and 1,650 meters above sea level — Cantares is the highest-grown cup of our Signature Blend line.
A single-origin Colombia varietal, this coffee is washed and slowly sun-dried, then roasted at origin in Colombia. The extra altitude brings a lively, elegant profile: a floral fragrance and caramel aroma, followed by panela, gentle herbal notes, dried fruits and chocolate.
