From the lower slopes of El Águila, Valle del Cauca — between 1,400 and 1,500 meters above sea level — El Pital is the deepest, most comforting cup of our Signature Blend line.
A single-origin coffee of Colombia and Castillo varietals, washed and slowly sun-dried, then roasted at origin in Colombia. Its lower altitude gives it a round, full character: a chocolate fragrance, a herbal aroma, and a sweet core of nuts and walnut with toasted, cereal-like notes, all carried by a rich, heavy body and a gentle, mellow acidity. A cup made for people who love a classic, chocolatey Colombian coffee.
